OPERATION MANAGER CIVIL WORKS
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide teams working on marine projects, bridge, piling foundation and concrete construction projects.
- Collaborate to plan and schedule construction tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations and quality control throughout project execution.
- Experience in piling of precast concrete pile, foundation.
- Perform material takeoffs and manage project registrations.
- Create work drawings and estimates.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate Civil Engineer from PTC/ADEK.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a managerial role within civil works.
- Hands-on experience in planning, managing, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
- Experience in planning, and overseeing construction projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Time management to meet deadlines and project timelines.
- Experience with AutoCAD and possibly Sketch Up or similar 3D drawing programs.
- Able to create (working) drawings and (working) estimates.
- Able to handle project registrations/tenders.
